What are Discounted Bulk Hours?
Discounted Bulk Hours are pre-purchased blocks of our team’s time that allow you to access Optimizers’ expertise at a reduced hourly rate. Instead of paying standard hourly pricing ($120/hr.) for one-off tasks, you can buy a set number of hours upfront and use them for any of our services—whether that’s Shopify development, UX improvements, conversion optimization, automation, or ongoing support.
    Bulk Hours give you:
  • Discounted Pricing - The more hours you buy, the lower your effective hourly rate.
  • Flexible Usage - Apply hours toward any project or task we offer.
  • Hours that Never Expire - Use them whenever you need, with no pressure or deadlines.
  • No Monthly Commitment - Unlike Optimize Unlimited, which provides unlimited requests on a 30-day subscription basis, Bulk Hours are pay-as-you-go and are a one-time purchase (you’ll have access to your usage at all times, so you can plan accordingly).
What's the difference between Optimize Unlimited and Discounted Bulk Hours?
Both options are designed to help you get expert support from our team, but they work in very different ways.
    Optimize Unlimited
  • A flat monthly subscription that gives you unlimited Shopify tasks and projects for 30 days.
  • Perfect for brands that want ongoing improvements to their store—whether that’s conversion optimization, UX upgrades, design tweaks, technical fixes, or automation.
  • Submit as many requests as you want, and we work through them continuously, delivering updates and improvements without the need to track hours.
  • Best for merchants who want constant momentum and predictable pricing without worrying about hourly billing.
    Discounted Bulk Hours
  • A pay-as-you-go block of hours purchased at a discounted rate compared to standard hourly pricing.
  • Hours are prepaid and can be used for any Shopify development, CRO, or UX project you choose.
  • This is a great option for one-off projects or occasional support when you don’t need continuous improvements every month.
  • You only pay for the bulk hours you choose, but unlike Optimize Unlimited, you’ll need to keep an eye on your remaining balance or we will let you know when you are getting close to running out of bulk hours.

How does on-boarding work?
Once you subscribe to a plan, we’ll set you up with your very own ClickUp board—usually the same day you sign up. You’ll receive an invite via email, and once you accept it, you’re ready to get started. You can also invite as many team members as you’d like at no extra cost.

Your ClickUp board is your command center. It includes clear instructions on how to:
  • Request tasks
  • Comment on tasks
  • Chat with our team
  • Collaborate using Docs and Sheets

    • Everything you need to get started is right there. We’ve made it easy so you can hit the ground running.
    What is a request?
    A request is a small task or project that you need completed that month that falls within our list of requests/services. It could be one-time or recurring, and anything from fixing an issue, auditing a section/page, designing a new section, coding a new feature, reviewing analytics, etc. You add it, we do it.
    How do you handle larger requests?
    Larger requests are broken down into smaller requests by us and completed one (or two) smaller request(s) at a time. This applies to complex projects, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours on average until the entire request is done.
    Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
    No, there’s no limit to the number of requests you can submit! Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many requests as you’d like to your ClickUp board. We’ll work through them one by one to ensure each request gets the attention it deserves and is completed to the highest standard.
    How do I send you requests?
    We make project management simple with ClickUp. When you sign up for our service, we’ll set up a dedicated ClickUp board just for you, where all your requests will be organized and managed. You can easily add requests directly to ClickUp or share links to services like Google docs or Loom videos for briefs you’d rather explain than write. If it can be linked or shared in ClickUp, it works! Plus, if you’re not the one managing requests, you can invite as many team members to the board as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
    What if I only have one request?
    If you have just one request, we’ll complete it, and then our team will review and suggest improvements to increase the growth of your sales. When new needs arise for your store, simply add your new requests to the ClickUp board, and we’ll get to work. This way, you can make the most of your subscription.
    How fast will my requests be completed?
    Completion times vary based on the complexity of each request, but most simple requests are completed within 1–3 business days. For requests that fall outside our typical turnaround time, we’ll provide an estimated completion date directly on the ClickUp card.
    Are there any requests you don't cover?
    Yes, there are some limitations to the requests we cover, such as extensive app development. However, we’re always open to reviewing your specific needs. If you’re already signed up, simply submit a ClickUp card with your request, and we’ll assess it for you. If not, feel free to email your request to us at support@optimizers.studio, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on!
    What if I'm not satisfied with any of the work?
    No worries! We’ll keep revising until you’re completely satisfied.
    Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
    Due to the high quality and custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, our goal is always to ensure your complete satisfaction. We’ll work closely with you to make any necessary revisions and adjustments to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
